One of the barleys used to make beer is Vanessa, we are growing this cereal with the goal of making the all process involved in raw materials in order to produce beer. In the malting process, we add water to the grains and make it germinate, after that we toast them to obtain basic malt.
We have Vanessa and Pewter barley varieties. The porpoise is to introduce varieties that going well with the climate of the country.
At the end of July, we spend large working days in the harvest collecting the barley.
After the long process of malting, finally we get our basic malt.
The goal is to modify basic malt and get different flavours and textures to produce the variety of beers.
The isobaric system makes it possible to get a beer free of sediments in the bottom of the bottle and the exact control of the process.
The fermentation is in cylinder conical tanks are regulated in pressure and temperature.
The bottling machine is also isobaric and allows getting a gassed product from the tanks and selling it in best conditions.
We make personalized batches, minimum quantity 1000 litters.
